About
Between systems
and form.
Perth, Australia // Amsterdam, Netherlands
Vietnamese-Australian. I came up through customer support and logistics, leading teams, handling escalations, and figuring out how to make messy systems work better.
Over time, that turned into building tools. At my previous company, I worked across support operations and internal tooling, designing browser extensions, AI-assisted workflows, and reporting automations that made day-to-day service work faster, clearer, and less repetitive.
Outside of that, fashion has always been part of how I think. I make clothes, care about silhouette and material, and tend to approach interfaces with the same attention to form, balance, and feel.
This site sits somewhere in the middle of those worlds: systems, design, utility, form.
